Here you will find a directory for all of the administrative offices. This resource is useful if you need to contact Human Resources, Public Relations, Payroll, Information Technology Services, or other critical offices.
All of our degree programs and schools can be found under academic departments.
Non-exempt and exempt staff members are welcome to attend Staff Council’s monthly open meetings. Staff Council contributes to the community by hosting events such as annual blood drives. Staff development, statutes, and benefits are discussed monthly by a cross-section of the Truman’s staff members.
Faculty Senate designs and approves all curricular changes on campus, including areas such as study abroad and the creation of new majors. Academic policies for faculty are also discussed in their monthly meetings. Faculty senate also approves and discusses aspects of the university budget.
The Undergraduate Council is a sub-council of Faculty Senate. Its purpose is to propose, review, and recommend undergraduate curriculum changes to Faculty Senate. The UGC meets monthly.
The Board of Governors is charged with setting university policies and providing guidance to the university. The Board is comprised of 10 members appointed by the governor of Missouri, and most members serve six-year terms. One member is a student and is appointed for a two-year term.
